A “creamy” blended take on the classic cold tomato soup, watermelon adds a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/4 watermelon, cut into chunks (remove rind)
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 3 spring onions, trimmed and peeled
- Salt
- Chili powder
- Mustard powder
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together
- Chill for approx. 4 hours
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving
