This is an alternative to the traditional pumpkin + evaporated milk recipe.
Ingredients
- 9″ graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In large bowl, whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and spices.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Turn down oven to 350 and bake 45-50 minutes or until filling is set and jiggles only slightly.
- Allow to cool completely before slicking.
- Store in refrigerator.
