Pumpkin Pie with Sweetened Condensed Milk

This is an alternative to the traditional pumpkin + evaporated milk recipe.

Ingredients

  • 9″ graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and spices.
  3. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. Turn down oven to 350 and bake 45-50 minutes or until filling is set and jiggles only slightly.
  5. Allow to cool completely before slicking.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
