Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 egg
Directions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, stir together milk, pumpkin, butter and egg; fold into dry ingredients.
- Melt butter in a hot skillet over medium heat; pour in 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook about 3 minutes/side.
- Serve with butter and syrup.
