This crockpot/slow cooker recipe is super easy and has lots of flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/2 t cinnamon
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in crock pot.
- Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pour over the thighs, and cook on low for about 6-7 hours.
- Serve over rice.
