Parmesan Crisps

Looks kind of fancy, and there’s only one ingredient!

Prep: 1 minute; Bake: 5-6 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Parmesan cheese – use pre-shredded and skip to step 3

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the cheese using a box grater – medium side.
  3. Drop tablespoons of the grated cheese on the parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 6 minutes, until golden.
  5. Cool slightly and loosen with a metal spatula.
  6. Serve at room temperature.
