Be sure to use regular oats, not quick-cooking.
Prep: 1 minute; start to finish 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
Directions
- Put the oats and water in the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and vent.
- Set for 3 minutes.
- When oats are finished cooking, turn off and let pressure release naturally.
- Open the lid and stir. Any extra liquid will be absorbed as the oatmeal cools.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
