Blueberry Crisp in a Mug

The perfect sweet treat – for one!

Prep: 3 minutes; Cook 1.5 minutes; Start to finish: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 T quick-cooking oats
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 T all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 T cold unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup berries

Directions

  1. Combine the oatmeal, sugar, lour and cinnamon in a large mug. Using a fork and knife, cut in the butter until crumbly.
  2. Put the berries on top of the crumble mixture and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Fruit will bubble and slightly thicken.
  3. Stir to bring the crumble to the surface.
