The perfect sweet treat – for one!
Prep: 3 minutes; Cook 1.5 minutes; Start to finish: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 T quick-cooking oats
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T all-purpose flour
- 1/8 t ground cinnamon
- 1 T cold unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup berries
Directions
- Combine the oatmeal, sugar, lour and cinnamon in a large mug. Using a fork and knife, cut in the butter until crumbly.
- Put the berries on top of the crumble mixture and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Fruit will bubble and slightly thicken.
- Stir to bring the crumble to the surface.
