Baking chicken legs in the oven is quick, easy and needs only 3 ingredients! Of course, you can dress them up however you’d like, but here’s a start.
Prep: 5 minutes; Cook: 30-40 minutes; Start-to-Finish: 45 minutes
- Chicken legs (with skin on)
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Place a piece of foil in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (for easy cleaning)
- Spread the chicken legs out on the pan so they aren’t touching each other
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Place in oven and cook for 30 – 40 minutes, until they are no longer pink inside.
You can get fancy by wrapping pieces of foil around the bottoms for easy holding.
