Baked Chicken Legs

Baking chicken legs in the oven is quick, easy and needs only 3 ingredients! Of course, you can dress them up however you’d like, but here’s a start.

Prep: 5 minutes; Cook: 30-40 minutes; Start-to-Finish: 45 minutes

  • Chicken legs (with skin on)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place a piece of foil in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (for easy cleaning)
  3. Spread the chicken legs out on the pan so they aren’t touching each other
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Place in oven and cook for 30 – 40 minutes, until they are no longer pink inside.

You can get fancy by wrapping pieces of foil around the bottoms for easy holding.
