Ingredients
- 5 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup honey or syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (makes clean up easier)
- Place oats in a large bowl.
- Combine honey and peanut butter in a liquid measuring cup. Heat in microwave about 45 seconds, until peanut butter starts to melt.
- Whisk peanut butter and honey until blended.
- Pour mixture over oats and stir until combined.
- Spread in an even layer in the baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, stir, and spread again in an even layer.
- Bake 10-15 minutes more, granola will be light golden brown.
- Let cool completely on baking sheet.
- Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
